The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How you will CELLebrate
- Establish, structure and organization management of the international ESS Services team of approx. 8 employees
- Ensuring compliance with our service standards in close cooperation with the technical service manager
- Safeguarding of training and education within the team of AfterSales and Data-Management employees
- Development of efficient, end-to-end and customer-oriented processes management system
- Coordinating and controlling of all customer activities and requests regards data analytics & aftersales
- Ensuring compliance with our service standards in close cooperation with the technical service manager
- Developing approaches and solutions for the continuous improvement of our services in collaboration with the technical service manager
- Co-design and optimisation of processes as well as process descriptions
- Lead and guide the preparation of technical documentation, installation and assembly instructions
- Lead and guide in training courses and preparation of training materials
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, mechanical/ electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Experienced manager with personnel responsibility. At least 10 years of professional experience
- Experience in global corporations or large medium-sized companies (> 1,000 employees), automotive or chemical industry preferred
- Profound English and German language capabilities
- Interest in occasional travel
- Product start-up experience, preferably also globally
- Be able to penetrate and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare decision templates for management decisions
- Strong social skills and a high level of customer orientation on an international basis
- Above average ability to work in a team
