The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Development, definition and implementation of the quality strategy and quality politics of PowerCo
- Derivation and coordination of the company wide quality objectives of PowerCo SE
- Evaluation and reporting of the annual target achievement in PowerCo SE
- Development of the framework and content of the annual management review
- Participation in the preparation and elaboration of the annual management review
- Active participation in the development and elaboration of the company-wide QM manual regarding Q strategy and Q politics and Q objectives
- Active coordination and cooperation with all PowerCo sites
- Continuous development of the area of responsibility in terms of content and organization in line with corporate objectives and politics
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to establish and further develop a global understanding and awareness of quality
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in business management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in quality management and key performance indicator system
- Solid knowledge of the normative foundations of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as an auditor)
- Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
- Above-average ability to work in a team
- Business fluency in English
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel
