The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Auditor in the operational unit of Corporate Quality with headquarter in Salzgitter.
- Establishment and management of a globally responsible team of auditors.
- Planning, preparation and participation in certification audits according to IATF 16949
- Planning and execution of internal system audits according to IATF 16949 as well as process audits according to VDA 6.3
- Collaboration in the further development, optimization and implementation of the global QM system.
- Identification of weak points and possible risks in the business processes- Conducting interviews at all management levels.
- Above-average ability in communication and knowledge-transferring on quality and process relevant topics.
- Confident application of Q methods and Q tools.
- Solid Expert knowledge of Q norms and Q standards (IATF, ISO norms).
- Experience in project management
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in engineering field, mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science, industrial engineering
- Extensive experience in quality management/supplier management
- Secure knowledge of the normative basics of the automotive and/or chemical industry
- Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
- Above average ability to work in a team
- Fluent negotiation skills in English
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel
What else can you bring
- Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
- Internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 14001/ 45001 /50001
- Experience in the field of automotive mobile suppliers
