The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Management and leadership of the QM Compliance Interface department
- Responsibility for the integration and interface coverage of the company-wide integrated management system of PowerCo SE
- Guidance and support of the specialist departments in the integration of further management system requirements such as sustainability, health & safety, energy management, PCMS, compliance and other governance requirements
- Preparing and ensuring company-wide IM training and education concepts
- Ensuring the company's certifiability in accordance with IATF 16949 and the applicable occupational safety and environmental guidelines
- Conducting internal audits, participating in external audits
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in the development and application of QM systems and their establishment in the company
- Solid knowledge of the normative basics of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as auditor)
- Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
- Leadership experience with high teamspirit
- Business fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
