The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Strategy department is responsible for developing and implementing the global PowerCo strategy. Our responsibilities encompass strategy development, market screening, business development, and the ramp-up of global PowerCo entities.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Management of a project organization for Subsidy Management and Public Affairs involving all relevant stakeholders, including budget and strategy, as well as managing the organization and personnel with managerial responsibility
  • Representation of PowerCo externally and vis-à-vis political actors and institutions, responsibility for political communication incl. in associations, as well being the contact point for all political stakeholders
  • Managing, maintaining and expanding of the political network internally and externally
  • Identification, evaluation, and preparation of political topics for advising the Management Board and other organizational units as well as monitoring the preparation of Management Board and Supervisory Board documents
  • Monitoring of the regional, national, and international subsidy landscape and identification and development of subsidy opportunities for PowerCo
  • Creation of framework conditions for the new and further development of internal public affairs management worldwide (including securing against risks)
 

What you need for our CELLebration

 

  • Master's degree in political science, social sciences, business administration, law or a comparable subject area
  • several years of professional experience in the field of Public Affairs and Subsidy Management in a comparable business position or a management consultancy.
  • Several years of management experience, in particular leadership of international and multicultural teams
  • Structured, analytical way of working with a high level of entrepreneurship, strong assertiveness and excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
  • Strong resilience, goal orientation in a volatile work environment and excellent intercultural competence as well as a high willingness to travel internationally
  • Business fluent in English and German
