The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Ensuring requirements management as an interface between finance and IT for the PowerCo Group
- Ensuring the analysis, evaluation and management of requirements from the departments of finance to the IT system landscape
- Ensuring the coordination of implementation projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering, through implementation and testing activities, to transfer to operational operations
- Focusing on the development of integrated end-to-end system solutions and ongoing optimization of the existing system solutions for the PowerCo Group
- Definition of audit-proof standard processes in the finance department for the new companies in the battery division
- Ensuring structured and documented standard processes and the associated process landscape
- Ensuring the coordinated processing and support of other topics related to the processes and systems of finance (e.g. master data handling, roles/authorizations,...)
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree in economics or completed commercial vocational training with comparable additional qualification
- Several years professional experience in the field of finance, projectmanagement and SAP
- Business fluent English skills
- Business fluent German skills
- Several years of experience in employee management
What else can you bring
- Affinity for IT systems/processes and practical experience with SAP (especially SAP S/4 HANA) and other finance systems
- Secure MS-Office skills
- High degree of initiative and assertiveness with a structured, conceptual and analytical way of working as well as strong team, integration and communication skill
