The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Leading international organization with department power purchasing, recycling and LCA/Energy Analysis
- Developing and implementing sustainability strategy for group
- Developing holistic sustainability models within global battery cell production
- Developing of strategies and concepts to ensure sustainable and reliable energy procurement
- Conducting Life Cycle Analysis as part of the global ESG Strategy and developing strategies to achieve CO2 targets
- Designing and implementing strategies and business models for the recycling of li-Ion cells
- Designing and ensuring the application of new technologies for battery recycling and energy consumption
- Conducting national and international technical discussions with suppliers
What you need for our CELLebration
- University degree in the field of energy management, engineering economics/management, mechanical/electrical engineering or comparable qualifications
- Several years of practical experience in the area of energy market, recycling of Li-Ion Cell, LCA
- Profound English language skills and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Leader-ship skills – ideally international environment
- Scenario management, systems thinking
What else can you bring
- Experience in structuring PPA contracts, management of guarantees of origin, and risk management in energy procurement
- Profound analytical thinking and complex (AI based) modeling experience
- Above-average ability to cooperate and work in a team
- Data Analytics (Tableau tec.)
