The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
- Build up team for JV management
- Lead team for JV management
- Main contact point to the JV and the partner in the JV
- preparation of BoD decision meetings and regular updates
- Driving forward decisions aligned with the strategic direction of the JV
- University degree or comparable qualifications- fluent in English - at least 3 years in battery/cell/EV industry in comparable positions - fluent in English and German
- ability to ramp-up new companies
- high analytical skills
- strong personality with the ability to make impact
- able to flexible to adjust to difficult situations
- longer experience (+5 years) in battery value chain
- understanding of complex multinational company decision making
- project management skills
- other languages preferred
