The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the industrialization team
  • Design and structure of the organization
  • Implementation of internal and external work processes
  • Define, edit & control projects in the field of SolidState Battery technology
  • Collaboration with external partners from industry, univerisities or research institutes
  • Management of projects to ensure the individual objectives in the course of the project 
  • Ensuring the achievement of the project goals (quality, time, costs, product maturity, etc.) 
  • Ensuring the timely identification of project risks and if necessary escalation for solution creation
  • Creation and presentation of project status in relevant committees and circles
  • Safeguard availability of the budget, investment, resources and know-how
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry or comparable qualification
  • Expertise and experience in the field of product development, Production processes or industrialization of battery cells (ideally ASSB) is helpfull
  • Expertise in project management 
  • Moderation and assertiveness, flexibility as well as high social and communicative competence
  • Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
  • Skills in communication and collaboration with business partners
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally experience as a disciplinary manager
