The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How you will CELLebrate
- Managing disciplinarily the technical team, including the development of expert knowledge and the teaching of best-in-class practices, continuously developing the technical roadmap for Energy Storage Solutions
- Ensuring technical product development up to market readiness and series production
- Monitoring continuously the technical aspects, including the development of update and further development concepts
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed scientific studies such as mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or a comparable qualification
- Expertise and experience in the field of product development, production processes or industrialization of energy storage systems required
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven experience as a disciplinary manager
