The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Establishing new partnerships and business opportunities within the EU
  • Driving the development of strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Executing sales and generating revenue accordingly
  • Determining the strategic positioning of the ESS unit, as well as developing and implementing the roadmap and initiatives to achieve business goals and targets in a global competitive environment, in line with PowerCo's vision
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Professional experience in sales, with in-depth knowledge of BESS
  • Experience in training, recruiting, and mentoring sales teams, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to observe and analyze market trends and competitive activities in ESS, providing strategic input for product portfolio development
  • Business fluent in English and German
