The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How you will CELLebrate
- Drive the implementation of our technological roadmap, based on latest market trends and inhouse innovations
- Staff, lead and develop the team for development of Elektronik (HW/SW)
- Implement an innovations management system, incl. strengthening our competetive position in global standardisation strategies
- Release of parts and functions for all electrical, electronical and software components
- Align our sourcing strategy for the parts in the field of your responsibility
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies (Electronics or other) or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in product development processes
- Extensive experience in battery and power electronics development
- Experience in automotive development processes
- Several years of management experience as well as experience in building organizations
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
