The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Management of the multi-project situation for the development and process organization of PowerCo Corporate Product Quality
- Review and ensure that product-relevant quality procedures are sufficiently established in cell design/-engineering, -manufacturing processes, -supply chain and -sales
- Definition of the product Q contents in the cell PEP
- Establishment of a debugging process with Q-reporting lines concept and defects reporting portal (IT solution)
- Establishment of defects avoidance procedures
- Establishment of the product audit procedures, implementation and handover to the line functions
- Setting up of Q-data processing and Q-reporting
- PMO experience
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
- Experienced manager with personnel responsibility. At least 10 years of professional experience
- Experience in global corporations or large medium-sized companies (> 3,000 employees)
- Experience in the automotive or chemical industry preferred
- At least one professional station with a focus on quality is desired (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
- Profound English and German language capabilities
- Experience in product and production companies preferred
- Experience in transformation projects
- Leadership experience in project and line functions
- Product start-up experience, preferably also globally
- Willingness to spend short periods abroad (up to four weeks)
- Good IT affinity
- Able to act constructively and in a leading manner in heterogeneous groups, even without authority to issue instructions
- High frustration tolerance
- Willingness for new topics and new solutions
- Able to remain able to act in complex situations
- Be able to penetrate and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare decision templates for management decisions
