The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- As a Head of a sub-department, you are responsible for the area of "Digital Manufacturing" in the Digitalization department
- You are responsible for the digitalization of production within a factory network including planning, development, standardization and roll-out of applications and IT infrastructure
- You integrate the site-related digitalization into the IT landscape of PowerCo SE
- Your tasks include the management of stakeholders from involved organizations, e.g. factory operations, planning, IT and plant management
- You report to project and program committees
What you need for our CELLebration
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, production engineering or a comparable academic education
- You have leadership experience and can demonstrate expert knowledge in the areas of IT and digitalization (IT architectures, PaaS/SaaS, software development, rollout projects)
- You have knowledge in the digitalization of factory sites, especially in energy management, building services, HSE and plant security
- You are familiar with agile IT/ and software projects in combination with multiple partners and suppliers
- Optimally, you are confident in business fluent English
