The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- You are responsible for the implementation of the most important HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors worldwide as well as for other HR digitalizaition projects
- You lead workshops with SMEs, track activities and projects and support the implementation in the HR system landscape with our implementation partners
- You work cross-functionally within our different HR departments to align indivual requirements and projects with the HR digital strategy
- You are the subject matter expert for different HR function and guide, advise and support them in the optimal use of digital tools and systems
What you need for our CELLebration
- You have a degree in human resources, management/business or a comparable qualification
- You have relevant professional experience in the area of HR, project management and in the implementation and introduction of SAP Successfactors
- You have initial professional experience in a large consulting company as a business analyst with a focus on HR projects and customers, preferably in the area of process optimisation or implementation of HR system landscapes
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working and comprehensive MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of English
