The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
- You will be responsible for the strategic planning of production capacities, product allocation and related investment of the PowerCo global production network - Definition, specification and provision of all necessary cross-plant standard KPIs and necessary methods for tracking and steering our worldwide plants - Setting of operational targets for our production sites including tracking of target achievement - Set-up and execution of site performance governance - Leadership of the division
- Completed university studies in the field of Engineering, Battery Engineering, Management or related disciplines. - At least 5 years of project management experience as well as thorough knowledge of production set-up, streamline and optimization - Experience in controlling and steering production networks, ideally in automotive and/or battery business environments - Technical and people leadership skills - Fluent in english
- Language skills in, for example, chinese or spanish would be nice to have, not a must - Experience in ramping up new start-up structures
