The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Facilitation, creation, and maintenance of DFMEAs using APIS IQ Pro together with international partners and teams.

  • Contribution to the definition and monitoring of measures for risk mitigation.

  • Provide methodological guidance to the R&D teams for design improvement.

  • Ensuring norm compliance according to AIAG&VDA FMEA Handbook and VDA Volume 4.

  • Creation of specific process documentation to detail the FMEA method (e.g., work instructions).

  • Facilitation of the process for special characteristics as well as presentation and evaluation of FMEA to customers and suppliers

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical studies e.g. in chemistry, electrochemistry, materials science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge of DFMEA and risk analysis standards as well as work experience in DFMEA facilitation in international teams
  • Extensive knowledge of battery technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into effective risk analysis.
  • Expert knwoledge about AIAG&VDA FMEA Handbook and VDA Band 4, proficient in APIS IQ Pro, and skilled in MS Office tools for efficient documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and self-organization
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in fluent business English
