The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

• Preparation and implementation of DOEs for process optimization
• Project schedule monitoring and risk management
• Management of interdisciplinary topics with development, production and quality
• Summary and reporting on departmental activities and performance

• More than 3 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry
• Basic understanding of Li-ion cell design and production technology
• Experience with PLM, MES and Six Sigma

• Professional experience in a multicultural environment
• Language skills: German, Chinese, Korean

• Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
• Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
