With whom you will CELLebrate
The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
-
Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Organize and enhance cell assembly processes to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, efficiency, cycle time, yield, and reliability (Cpk).
-
Collaborate with Suppliers: Work with suppliers and technology providers to develop and update technical specifications related to cell assembly and components.
-
Develop Quality Inspection Documentation: Collaborate with equipment suppliers and technology providers to create and maintain quality inspection documentation for cell components.
-
Technical Collaboration: Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and machine development activities with equipment suppliers to ensure that technical requirements are fully met.
-
Cost Reduction: Contribute to cost reduction initiatives, including headcount optimization and cycle time improvements.
-
Manufacturing Issue Resolution: Initiate, track, and resolve manufacturing issues to maintain production quality and efficiency.
-
Supplier and Factory Acceptance Testing: Participate in Supplier Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the supplier’s site and at the plant to ensure readiness for production.
-
Documentation Preparation:
- Update PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), implement control plans, and develop work instructions.
- Create and document plans and schedules for virtual and physical validation activities.
- Record validation results from tests, trials, and analysis.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both the pilot line and equipment suppliers.
- Maintain and update quality system documentation, including compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
