The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
Actual recording of currently existing value streams up to the n-tier chain for all existing components and suppliers in your area of responsibility Designing of the ideal value stream network in terms of risks, costs, sustainability as well as security of supply and delivery reliability Developing of improvement measures by means of regular value stream analyses and benchmarks as well as monitoring their implementation Participating in cross-functional teams consisting of buyers, risk specialists, cost analysts and other experts Preparing of early risk analyses for the value stream and their evaluation as well as implementation and follow-up of measures Preparing of decision papers for decision-making bodies and support in the roll-out of the PowerCo worldwide
Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering; ideally with a focus on production, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable field or many years of professional experience in the field of materials management Professional experience in logistics, logistics planning or materials management Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) Independent working style, strong analytical skills as well as strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and action Business fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally
Professional experience in cooperation with service providers on an international level Several years of Experience in the cooperation and / or management of cross-functional teams
