The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- worldwide scouting and benchmarking of equipment manufacturers
- further develop concepts for series battery manufacturing (responsibility for one process step in electrode / cell / formation&aging)
- prepare decisions for tendering and purchasing of equipment
- Technical preparation for purchasing of equipment, e.g. requirements specification, requests for quotation, assessments on offers and resulting decision papers
- responsibility for process, technology and economic efficiency
- evaluation of process-product-interactions
- continuous improvement of state-of-the-art processes to optimize product quality, minimize production costs and reduce emissions
- corporative work in interdisciplinary teams
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed master's degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering or similar education
- Understanding of process-product-interactions
- Experiences in international projects
- High national and international travel readiness
- High awareness for cost, quality and process KPIs
- Above-average communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Business fluent English language skills
