The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Coordinating and Ramping up Logistics processes
- Defining concepts for future logistic operations
- Execution of a continous optimization
- Controlling of site projects based on defined KPI
- Being the contact to local logistics of our global network of battery cell factories
- Being responsible for the preparation, support and follow-up of logistics audits as part of the optimization process
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor degree in fields like logistics management or industrial engineering or similar qualification
- Experience in operative logistics projects and in project management
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to cooperate independently with several project partners and stakeholders, which includes proper communication and self-organizing skills
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
What else can you bring
- Experience in battery production or cell manufacturing
- Optional spanish skills
- Experience in QM systems, e.g. ISO, VDA
