The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Independent project coordination and topic processing in a project team from different departments such as cell design, mechanical, chemical, testing, simulation 
  • Alignment of target dates, derivation of activities and tracking progress and independent preparation of decision documents and obtain project decisions 
  • Representing the development project in higher-level committees
  • Responsibility for conducting regular SET meetings with department representatives
  • Determination and plausibility check of estimated costs or effort and active cooperation with project stakeholders and departments
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in an engineering subject or similar education
  • Professional experience in the field of Simultaneous Engineering
  • Professional experience in project management and profound knowledge automotive of development processes
  • Experience in committee work desirable
  • High degree of teamwork ability, intercultural competence, communication skills and good moderation skills
  • Business fluent English language skills
