The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Supporting in the development of the SQ Performance & Regression department 
  • Standardizing processes
  • Creating of process descriptions and work instructions
  • Creating & implementing an SQ KPI system with corresponding key figures for supplier quality in ongoing series production
  • Monthly (global) reporting of all KPI's of supplier quality for PowerCo at home and abroad
  • Monitoring of measures and status reports in the area of supplier quality
  • Creating & implementing a supplier regression process for the PowerCo
  • Preparing of regression cases in cooperation with plant quality and purchasing
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in industrial engineering, economics, business administration, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, production engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the field of processes and reporting supplier quality
  • Knowledge of key figures related to supplier quality; KPI system
  • Experience in the field of supplier recourse, claim management 
  • Solid knowledge of quality management and the automotive sector (ISO9001, IATF16949) and the electrical industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident appearance, assertiveness as well as initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel
 

What else can you bring

  • Knowledge of reporting, KPIs and regression in supplier quality 
  • Experience in creating process descriptions and work instructions
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience in the battery sector
