The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Central contact point to PowerCo HR, Purchasing, and Finance 
  • Steering of the resource planning process within PowerCo Technology 
  • Preparing and conducting necessary committees in the context of resource management
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and project status
  • Administration and tracking of resources (HR, CapEx, OpEx) 
  • Development and implementation of new ideas, concepts, process standards, and KPIs regarding resource management within PowerCo Technology
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in business engineering, business administration or vocational training
  • High degree of personal initiative and communication skills
  • Structured and pragmatic competences
  • Proficient use of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Business fluent English language skills
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Experience in project management
  • Professional working experience in business support areas
  • German language skills are a plus
