The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

 

How you will CELLebrate

• Enter and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) in our SAP S/4HANA system

• Act as the first point of contact for our developers regarding inquiries about PR, invoicing, and procurement processes

• Provide guidance and support to ensure a thorough understanding and smooth handling of these critical operational aspects

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the PR, procurement, and invoicing process

• Secure a streamlined approval workflow and address any bottlenecks or discrepancies

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to PR- and/or invoice-related issues

• Booking that deliveries have been made and services provided within the system

• Resolve any inconsistencies in collaboration with different parties e.g. Tech, Procurement, and Finance teams

• Identify potential areas for improvement in the respective areas and propose enhancement suggestions

 

What you need for our CELLebration

• Proven experience in resource management 

• Degree in engineering, economics, finance or a comparable qualification

• Experience with SAP systems is highly desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Fluent in English

• Open to recent graduates and individuals from diverse professional backgrounds

• Strong communication skills and a conscientious work ethic

• German language skills are a plus
