Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Coordinating the annual target process between HQ and the regional production sites for our quality targets, including comprehensive performance management (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Ensuring alignment and derivation of annual site-specific quality objectives from company targets and translate them into tangible strategic quality goals, OKRs and KPIs 
  • Definition of annual site-specific quality targets and their translation into concrete strategic activities as well as target success monitoring by defined KPIs
  • Developing and monitoring strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) to actively manage quality performance (QM, product, supplier, operational quality) incl. KPI definition, KPI calculation methodology
  • Development of a holistic KPI steering model and framework incl. KPI trees
  • Creation of performance reports in collaboration with our digitalization team
  • Active part of project teams and internal taskforces at HQ and regional plant sites to drive our approach as data-driven company
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Experience in definition, development and monitoring of business and performance KPIs with transfer to OKRs
  • Degree in business management, economics, industrial engineering or equal qualification
  • Experience in strategic consulting, controlling, target operating model, KPI management and business intelligence
  • Above-average ability to work in an agile team combined with confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
  • Business fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel (Spain, Canada)

  • Solid knowledge of KPI systems, target operating model, business intelligence and performance management
  • Number oriented and KPI experience in planning, controlling and performance assessment of business units and regional production sites
  • Project management skills with consulting, analyst or controlling background
