The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Supporting of development, definition, implementation and further development of the quality strategy and quality policy of PowerCo SE (local and worldwide)
  • Derivating and coordination of the annual site-specific quality objectives for the PowerCo Group and local plant sites
  • Consolidating of all necessary figures and data in cooperation with the relevant departments and local plant sites within annual target achievement and during the year
  • Active steering in definition and documentation of the Q Strategy, Q Policy and Q Objectives in the global PowerCo QM Manual
  • Active mulitplicator to create and develop a unified quality awareness and commitment
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in business management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in project management, customer experience management, KPIs & OKRs and/or quality management (product quality, service quality, quality steering)
  • Experience in the field of electromobility, automotive, battery cells or consulting
  • Above-average ability to work in a team combined with confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
  • Business fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel
