The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Controlling of corporate product quality issues in battery cell projects (in pre-development, series development and series manufacturing processes)
  • Defining preventive quality work and ensure compliance to regulations and laws
  • Defining of  IT requirements relevant to Corporate Product Quality from the perspective of the department, test and implementation support, planning, preparation and implementation of employee training, acting as key user function in the department
  • Defining and further development of methods, relevant to corporate product quality (process and methods)
  • Utilizing big data approach and AI for behavior prognosis
  • Managing of warranty and field costs and controlling of supplier recourse
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams from cell development, manufacturing, supply chain and coustomers
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry or comparable qualification
  • Enjoyment of daring and creating new things, developing solutions
  • Experience in the automotive or chemical industry preferred with professional stations with a focus on quality (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
  • Very good understanding of data analysis and deriving measures, IT affinity
  • Able to act constructively and creatively in heterogeneous groups, if necessary without authority to issue instructions
  • Be able to deep dive into and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare recommendations for management decisions
  • Business fluent in English and German
