The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Quality assurance planning and project management in the development of our battery factories 
  • Creating and tracking of detailed QM plans to ensure all defined quality activities in the development of the battery factories
  • Tracking and reporting of the project-specific goals/ KPIs and initiation of measures/ escalations in the event of target deviations
  • Introducing, coordinating and representing the quality requirements with internal interface partners (project team)
  • Initiating or participating in problem analysis as well as development, coordination and monitoring of the effectiveness of measures introduced
  • Conducting maturity assessments, management and support for priority issues & ramp-up support at the location of the factory
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in the field of quality management, business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive or chemical industry
  • Experience in quality management and its KPIs & quality methods (e.g. APQP, PPAP, VDA Volume 4,..), ideally certification as an auditor
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as high communication and teamworking skills
  • Business fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
