The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Participating and support in the implementation and maintenance of the PowerCo Group's company-wide integrated management system
- Modelling of processes in Signavio as well as creation and management of Q-relevant documents and templates
- Consulting and supporting the business departments in the definition and specification of quality-compliant processes
- Moderating and implementating of process workshops as well as the development of company-wide QM training and training concepts
- Collaboration in ensuring the company's certifiability in accordance with IATF 16949 and taking into account interfaces with governance/environmental and occupational safety requirements
- Participating in the conducting of external and internal Quality audits
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management or a related field
- Experience in quality and project management, ideally with a focus on digital transformation
- Experience in identifying, implementing and integrating technologies, methods and tools, ideally in the context of quality management
- Experience in requirements and stakeholder management is an advantage
- Above average ability to work in a team
- Fluent negotiation skills in English and willingness to travel

- Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
- Internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 9001 / 14001/45001/ 50001/ IATF 16949
- Profound experience in modelling processes according to BPMN 2.0
