The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Planning, preparation and realisation of customer and certification audits according to IATF 16949
- Developing and creating of global audit programmes and plans
- Planning and conducting internal system audits in accordance with IATF 16949 as well as process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3, including the preparation of audit reports and action plans and their tracking and effectiveness evaluation
- Consolidating and evaluating of audit results, their visualisation and derivation of holistic audit priorities
- Collaborating in the further development and optimisation of the global IM system by identifying weaknesses and potential risks in the business processes
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science, industrial engineering
- Extensive knowledge of quality management and the use of automotive core tools
- Solid understanding of the normative principles of the automotive and/or chemical industry /Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
- 1st/2nd party auditor according to IATF 16949:2016 /VDA 6.3
- Above-average ability to work in a team, willingness to travel and business fluent in English

- Internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 14001/ 45001 /50001
- Expert knowledge Q norms and Q standards (IATF, ISO standards)
