The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.
How you will CELLebrate
- Develop future Energy Storage Solutions
- Evaluate, develop and take responsibility for innovative manufacturing processes from laboratory to pilot scale
- Develop internal standards for quality measures within the manufacturing process
- Capacity planning, construction and tracking of tests, test devices and materials
- Organization and mentoring of tasks for internal and external test fields
- Support of projects for test organization
- Support of certification of external labs
What you need for our CELLebration
- University degree e.g. in chemistry, electro chemistry, material science, physics, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable qualification
- Work experience in the field of battery technology and testing
- Knowledge of metrological requirements in the field of battery cell testing
- Extensive experience in prototype development and validation
