The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Project management of cooperations/partnerships incl. interface management and presentation results to decision board
  • Monitoring or conduction analysis on Joint Ventures (JVs), preparation of materials for internal approvals, managing review, assesment and alignment process (internally and with partner(s))
  • Coordination and management of information reqests and exchanges between PowerCo, JVs and other Shareholders, arrangment necessary incl. decision-making meetings
  • Coordination with other departments for information providing
  • Implementation of vertical integration strategy
  • Tracking of achievment of the planed milestones
  • Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement or synergy capture, develop associated planning, negotiate with the JVs/ partner(s) to adopt
  • Develop and update risk assesments 
  • Negotiation after the closing of the JV-Agreement
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Completed technical/ university degree in the technical/ commercial field
  • Project management experience / Procurement
  • High level of assertiveness, excellent communication skills and strong negotiating skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office system (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Business fluent knowledge of English
  • Experience in cooperations or M&A 
  • Experience in active cathod materials area
