The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Strategy department is responsible for developing and implementing the global PowerCo strategy. Our responsibilities encompass strategy development, market screening, business development, and the ramp-up of ramp-up of global PowerCo entities.
How you will CELLebrate
- Steering of strategy processes for PowerCo corporate strategy
- Project lead for cross-functional strategy projects
- Strategic project and stakeholder management
- Preparation and alignment of executive materials with the management of PowerCo and Volkswagen Group
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-) gradute degree in engineering, business administration or similar education
- Several years of professional working experience, e.g. in strategy, staff function, consulting
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Strong analytical, structured and strategic competence
- High degree of personal initiative and intercultural competence
- Proven track as project lead
- Business fluent English language skills
What else can you bring
- Experience in agile working methods- several years of experience in management consulting or electromobility
- German language skills
