The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Implementing Production System / Lean methodologies in direct and indirect areas
  • Moderating workshops (3P, CIP, problem solving, ...)
  • Analyzing processes and production methods
  • Identifying improvement potentials including cost effectiveness calculation
  • Optimizing existing processes and production procedures, taking into account organizational, technological and work safety considerations
  • Developing new concepts in the area of Lean / Production System in connection with new digital methods
  • Consulting on production development and sustainable improvement of operating results
  • Participating in the creation of Lean trainings
  • Conducting Lean / Production System maturity checks
  • Being the central contact person for the plants in the areas of Production System related topics
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, economics or similar education
  • Minimum 5 years of Lean / Production System experience (ideally in automotive sector)
  • Knowledge of the conception, planning and organization of industrial work processes
  • Knowledge of relevant KPI and quality standards in production
  • Deep knowledge of Lean Management philosophy and CIP (continuous improvement process)
  • Strong communication and conflict solving skills
  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally required
  • Business fluent English language skills for our international team
