The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Development and implementation of logistical production planning and container control processes 
  • Design of the cross-site production planning process
  • Communication and collaboration with interfaces throughout the organization
  • Detailed coordination and cooperation within logistics with international customers 
  • Participation in the various project phases including the final implementation and go-live, handover to the end customer of the process
  • Continuous improvement of processes in series production
     
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • University degree in economics, logistics management or comparable training
  • Experience in the automotive industry and in the planning of logistics processes, especially in container management
  • High degree of proactivity and good communication skills in an international working environment
  • Fluency in English
 

What else can you bring

  • Knowledge of Volkswagen tools, e.g. Lison
  • SAP knowledge in modules such as RPM, PP and SD
  • Experience in cell manufacturing
