The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Describing, further developing and coordinating relevant cost optimization processes as part of the Unified Cell program management
  • Determination and tracking of cost potentials within the framework of cost controlling in coordination with the participating departments
  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of cross-departmental cost workshops
  • Support the assurance of action tracking and implementation as well as project-related potential tracking within the organization
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical or university degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the field of project management and controlling
  • Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
  • High moderation and assertiveness skills
  • High social and communicative competence
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in processes for battery production, 
  • Experience in Battery cell components and materials, or 
  • Experience in Battery cell design and concepts
