The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

• Process and handle inquiries for procuring goods and services according to specifications, price lists, catalogs or central purchasing agreements
• Handling procurement processes for low-value goods (such as small and standard parts)
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on set criteria such as quality, price, and delivery
• Manage the procurement process by obtaining and evaluating quotations and conducting price negotiations
• Checking the technical RFP's documents for completeness and feasibility
• Presentation of processes in the Procurement Committees

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field
• Proven Experience in sourcing and procurement techniques
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Negotiation and networking skills as well as strategic thinking and adaptability
• Understanding of risk management and sustainability

• Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
