The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Implementing requirements management as the central interface between procurement and IT to ensure smooth communication and integration
  • Analysing, evaluating and incorporating requirements from procurement into the IT system landscape in order to optimise company processes
  • Coordinating projects from requirements capture to implementation and handover to operations to ensure seamless project execution
  • Developing and optimising integrated system solutions to increase the efficiency and flexibility of the IT infrastructure
  • Supporting the purchasing department in improving internal processes by identifying and implementing optimisation potentials
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical university degree in economics or completed commercial vocational training with a comparable additional qualification
  • Professional experience in the areas of purchasing, project management and SAP
  • Affinity for IT systems and practical experience with SAP (especially SAP S/4 HANA in the MM module)
  • Practical experience as a key user with a procurement background with the system scope on direct and indirect ordering (e.g. catalogue purchasing and services)
  • Business fluent in English and German
