The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this exhilarating phase, the Learning & Development team plays a crucial role at PowerCo in Salzgitter. You will drive the conception and implementation of leadership development. This position is central in curating and delivering impactful training programs, and ensuring our leaders are equipped with the skills needed for both current and future challenges.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Consulting and coaching of our managers and employees on all questions relating to personnel development, in particular on the topic of leadership development and training
  • Design and (re-)conception of innovative leadership development / leadership programs
  • Lead the execution, support, and improvement of our existing leadership initiatives 
  • Facilitation of internal workshops/events focused on leadership development.
  • Collaboration and close coordination with internal interfaces, especially Talent Management and HR Business Partners  
  • Contact person for personnel development inquiries from international stakeholders
  • Selection, commissioning and management of external cooperation partners for the implementation of leadership development and trainings
  • Collaborate on designing and developing additional personnel development tools, such as employee dialogue/ feedback for example
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed university degree in an HR or learning-oriented course of study (e.g. business administration with corresponding focuses, psychology, pedagogy, Social sciences)
  • Many years of professional experience in the Learning & Development environment with a focus on the field of the leadership target group
  • Experience in creating HR strategies and tools that follow the latest trends in the field, and a good understanding of these trends.
  • Experience in the field of ramp up or start-up activities
  • Leadership consulting background is a plus
  • Experience in an international environment in the development of training standards and their concrete implementation
