Expert PMO Sales Region EU (all genders)

The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Support the Sales Region EU team in project planning, execution, and monitoring of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, action plans, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment and progress towards sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and risks, proposing proactive solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews for regional leadership.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or a PMO role within the ESS, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering sales projects on time and within scope.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • experience in the energy, cleantech, or industrial sectors.
