The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Central point of contact for departments and local companies in all matters of organizational development, especially with regard to organizational structure, organizational forms, target operating models and standards 
  • Analysis, evaluation and monitoring of existing organizational structures, followed by the development and implementation of new structures and models, in close coordination with the relevant departments
  • Evaluation of management positions using the group's internal evaluation process
  • Development, implementation and continuous further development of concepts to optimize the organizational structure 
  • Planning, management and implementation of organizational development projects to increase structural efficiency and effectiveness
  • Preparation and follow-up of workshops, as well as the creation of well-founded project and decision templates for the management or upper management
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in a management consultancy or a comparable corporate position
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of project coordination and project management 
  • Business fluent in English
