Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Creating and coordinating end-of-life recycling strategy as well as participating in the implementation
- Supporting the development of a closed-loop concept for battery cells
- Analyzing the market environment and benchmarking competition
- Managing end-of-life recycling cooperations with VW Group brands
- Setting up and coordinating a strategy project including organization, structure and goal
- Creating presentations, committee and decision templates
What you need for our CELLebration
- Master's degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Business Informatics/Business Law
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive knowledge in the coordination of projects and in strategic project management
- Experience with cross-functional and inter-cultural cooperation; Fluent in English
- Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
- Experience in the development of strategic initiatives and their implementation
What else can you bring
- Relevant professional experience in the (battery) recycling environment
- Professional experience in consulting
- Practical experience in working with Microsoft office applications (MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
