The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Tracking the material costs of our product portfolio as well as participation in the preparation of the product profitability analysis 
  • Sensitivities of material costs in relation to exchange rates and commodity prices
  • Development and cross-departmental coordination of target specifications
  • Monitor and analyze discrepancies between actual and target as well as collaboration on product-related decision-making documents
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities and risks to prepare management decisions
  • Active involvement in the definition and further development of procedures, processes and IT systems in controlling
  • Collaboration on internal financial and cross-departmental special tasks

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical/university studies in the field of economics/industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of controlling, ideally in material cost controlling
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of analytical competence, initiative, problem-solving skills and a high degree of teamwork
  • Business fluent in English 
  • Ideally, SAP S/4 Hana knowledge
