The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Responsibility for the establishment of an IRA competence center within PowerCo in cooperation with relevant interface partners
  • Identificating and developing of IRA-critical processes ensure IRA product compliance through appropriate documentation
  • Developing and defining the (IRA) product compliance framework, which includes processes, calculation models and a derivation of qualification measures
  • Developing and establishing of an IT system that ensures audit-proof (IRA) data storage
  • Organizing internal and external audits (e.g. suppliers, process partners) in order to assess and verify compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Defining and coordinating the cooperation model with OEMs, the American authorities and external partners in the field of IRA product compliance
  • Continuous developing of processes, methods and IT systems in order to comply with the currently applicable industry standards and regulations and to be a benchmark
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successful studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or law or have a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the battery, chemical or automotive industries as well as in the areas of process development or product compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of battery industry standards as well as relevant Canadian and American regulations
  • Experience in the conception and moderation of workshops
  • Fluent in German and English
