The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Member of the planning team in Salzgitter
  • Developing planning scopes and methods for the realization of complex construction projects across multiple construction phases, disciplines and processes for factory, building and infrastructure facilities, including the development of corresponding decision templates if necessary
  • Considering integrated planning, taking into account all trades 
  • Participating in planning meetings 
  • Preparing decision papers, taking into account evaluated alternatives 
  • Developing technical standards and preparing presentations
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Completed university degree with a civil, architectural, electrical, or HVAC background or similar education
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experiences
  • High knowledge planning (design and tender documentation)
  • Distinct team orientation and social competence
  • Very good communication skills, espesically in English

  • International planning expertise is a plus
