The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Responsibility for the introduction and implementation of the energy management system according to ISO 50001
- Ensuring a continuous improvement process by preparing, accompanying and following up audits and recertifications
- Coordinating (annual) energy planning, target achievement during the year as well as monitoring and deviation analysis and compliance with legal reporting requirements
- Defining the energy management standards and processes for PowerCo's plants and ensuring their implementation
- Identifying potential energy efficiency measures and CO2 reduction potentials and evaluate their cost-effectiveness and feasibility
- Supporting the worldwide PowerCo sites in the development of energy saving programs and leading the projects and measures in energy working groups
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed (under-)graduate degree preferably in the field of energy management, energy economics, energy or supply engineering, renewable energies, energy law, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Deep knowledge in the field of energy management and energy laws
- Experience in working with ISO 50001
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
What else can you bring
- Professional experience in the field of energy technology or TGA in building and plant operation
- Qualification: energy management specialist, representative or auditor
