The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Reviewing and validating national and international documents, including certificates, delivery notes and other business machinery documentation in accordance with applicable law
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards in document management and continuously improve processes
  • Communicating with internal departments and external partners to clarify and resolve any discrepancies in accordance with applicable law
  • Maintaining and updating documents and records in SAP or similar systems
  • Documenting and reporting test results
  • Supporting in the development and implementation of process improvements in document management
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in document review and document management is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the relevant national and international regulations and quality standards as well as experience in the use of SAP or similar systems
  • Careful and accurate way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
