The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Supporting sub-project leads for digital processes and providing business requirements within the business unit Operations
  • Project management tasks in planning, implementation and control of projects and supporting management reports
  • Analysis of business process risk, initiation of corrective measures and improvements, and conducting impact analyses of their performance
  • Definition of master data and development and facilitation of trainings
  • Definition of business test cases and testing functions accordingly
  • Versioning and release management of business requirements
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, IT / computer science or similar education - alternative: several years of relevant professional experience in SAP implementation
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the area of digitalization
  • Experience in design, implementation and analysis of SAP and digital processes
  • Understanding of relevant business methods
  • Business-fluent English language skills (preferably also German)
  • Experience in communicating with an intercultural environment
